At no time whatsoever do your Credit Card details appear on the website.
Only the National Australia Bank will have a record of your Credit Card details.
CONSUMER DATA AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Information such as your email address and telephone number are required when placing your order. Eiffel Tower will use this information for order processing and communication purposes only.
Eiffel Tower will not supply your private information to any outside third party.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Customers shall inspect the completed cake immediately on pick-up and prior to leaving Eiffel Tower's premises. Once the goods have left the premises you acknowledge and agree that Eiffel Tower may not accept claims and/or refunds.
Any claims for goods ordered online must be made within 48 hours of goods having left the premises, otherwise the customer expressly waives the right to any claims after the expiration of this time.
VARIATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS NOTICE
Three (3) days' notice in writing must be given to vary or cancel orders previously placed.
