Cake Description
CONTINENTAL = TORTA
Three layers of vanilla sponge lightly brushed with cherry liqueur, filled with one layer of vanilla custard and one with chocolate custard - finished with butter cream.
 
BLACK FOREST
Three layers of chocolate sponge lightly brushed with cherry liqueur, layered with fresh cream and sour black cherries - finished with butter cream.
 
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Three layers of chocolate sponge, layered and decorated with a soft, light and frothy chocolate mousse cream - finished with chocolate mousse cream OR butter cream.
 
VANILLA SPONGE WITH FRESH CREAM & JAM
Three layers of vanilla sponge layered with fresh cream and strawberry jam - finished with butter cream.
 
TORTA & SFOGLIA = CONTINENTAL & PUFF PASTRY
Three layers of vanilla sponge lightly brushed with cherry liqueur and alternately layered with three layers of puff pastry sheets - each layer of sponge and puff pastry is spread with alternate layers of vanilla and chocolate custard - finished with butter cream and dusted icing sugar.
 
CHOCOLATE MUD
Rich, dense and textured chocolate sponge - finished with a mirror glaze of soft and dark chocolate ganache. Optional - butter cream finish.
 
MARBLE MUD
Textured vanilla and chocolate (twirled) sponge - finished with a mirror glaze of soft and dark chocolate ganache. Optional - butter cream finish.
 
FRUIT
Dark fruit cake consisting of mixed fruit including currants, sultanas, mixed peel and blended together with nuts and spices.
 
CROQUEMBOUCHE
Choux pastry profiteroles filled with vanilla custard and drizzled with melted dark chocolate only. Toffee drizzle is optional and at an extra cost.
